My Doodler Application

An application for drawing.

I've been working on a drawing application that can work across multiple devices. It is still in its early stages, but you can see a demo of it at rosannafong.github.io/my-doodler . This link will take you to an external website..

Initial concepts for the My Doodler application.

Initial concepts

Just with any project, I jotted down my thoughts for this application on paper first.

Favicon concepts for the My Doodler application.

My Doodler logo

The logo should be fun, as this is what the application is all about.

The add to collection feature in the My Doodler application.

The Add to Collection feature

Application users can draw an image and add it to a collection.

About the project

The brief

To create a basic drawing application.

The challenge

To have the application work on multiple devices.

The result

The My Doodler application is still in its early stages, but is at a point where users can play around with some of its features. At the moment, users can:

  • Draw an image on the canvas.
  • Add a drawing to a collection.
  • Clear the canvas.
  • View collection of drawings.

I am still in the process of improving and adding features to the application. Please also note that the application cannot store data yet and will lose content when a user refreshes their browser.
